
This summer, YMCA of Greater Michiana invites the public to experience movement, mindfulness, and community connection at Jean Klock Park Pavilion in Benton Harbor. From June 8 through August 28, the Y will host free outdoor fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness levels, with a view of Lake Michigan. Weekly class offerings include WERQ on Mondays, Les Mills BodyBalance™ on Tuesdays, and Yoga Moves on Wednesdays. These classes are part of the YMCA’s Community Wellness initiative, focused on making health and wellness more accessible to everyone. No registration or YMCA membership is required, and free parking is included. Participants are encouraged to bring water and a towel or yoga mat.
